Job Title: Product Management + Data Analysis Intern

We are a fast-growing company with a mission to make data easier to use for everyone so more
people can make data driven decisions. We are currently looking to employ a Director of
Customer Success and Technical Support, who will report to the VP of Customer Success.

As a Product Management Intern, you will work on a few topics:

• Help make sense of limitless data by creating business answers in our SaaS solution

• Research open-source datasets that approximate real business daily queries

• Initiate user interviews to gather feedback, needs, and ideas from prospects and customers (all large data-driven enterprises)

• Work closely with the support team and CS to raise potential problems and usability issues to your team

• Participate in the design of new features and features and improvements

• Write user stories that will solve the problems that have been identified

• Specify and explain how features work to the dev team to help them develop efficiently

• Spread the product knowledge by documenting the new features and producing user guides

• Test the new features in order to validate new developments in collaboration with the technical team

What you bring to the role:

• You are a current or a recent business graduate looking for an end-of-studies internship.

• You have strong problem-solving skills and are eager to build the best data products.

• You have a knack for basic UI/UX design features.

• Demonstrated prior interest in B2B SaaS would be a big plus, with ideally a good understanding of the data analytics sector and even better if you have experience in data catalog, data fabric and data warehousing projects.

• You gravitate towards analytical tasks and have experience building SQL queries.
